Update:
He
seems to be fitting in very nicely and is very loveable.
I
think he and Emily have become good friends already.
The whole family loves him.
ADOPTED.
Ben could not wait to jump into the car
They called me Gentle Ben at
the shelter in North Carolina. Someone had called Animal Control and had me
picked up from a house. I think it is where I used to live, but they
did not say that I was their dog and had a name. I learned my new name
within a week! I don't know why I was taken to the shelter. I sure had
belonged to someone before who cared for me. I walk well on leash, and
i can shake paw and sit and who knows what else. I am also house
trained. Fixed of course and up to snuff on everything. I am not a youngster, about
7years old , but I
still love to play , and most of all I love to be close to people. And
other dogs. I am like a good natured uncle with the pesky terriers
here. They thought I might be a
Bouvier. I have a double coat, need good brush-outs ever so often, and
I don't mind that at all! So if you are looking for a
watchful, alert dog with an impressive bark and the personality of a
gentleman, look no further! Please
